Delivery Terms

  • Customers must ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the specified address and time.
  • If the driver waits longer than 30 minutes, additional charges may apply.
  • If delivery is not on the ground floor or easily accessible, the customer must provide assistance. Delays over 30 minutes may result in extra charges.
  • If a third-party courier is used, the customer is responsible for insurance and any risks involved.

Proof of Delivery & Order Acceptance

  • A signed delivery note confirms the quantity and condition of the order.
  • Customers must check their order within 24 hours of delivery. If no issues are reported within this time, the order will be considered correct and complete.
  • If no one signs for the order, it will be deemed signed after 24 hours.

Refused or Uncollected Orders

  • If a customer refuses or fails to collect an order within 30 days after being notified, Supply Shop may sell the products to recover costs.

Payments & Cancellations

  • No refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
  • Branded stock requires full payment upfront before processing.
  • Orders will only be processed once payment is cleared in our bank account.

Liability

  • Lithalam Trading is not responsible for customs delays, transport issues, or unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery.
